In 2008, I completed the Massage Therapy program at Everest University in Tampa, FL. Going to school for massage was so much more than just learning muscles and how to work them. During my course, I not only learned many techniques on how to make the body feel better, but I also learned how to be a healthier, happier me. Being a natural healer most of my life, and giving people massages since I was six, made going to school for massage therapy seemed fitting. The irreplaceable training received helped me tap into those healing potentials, and it is my blessing to be able to share these skills and blessings with those in need.
One of my favorite skills learned from this career opportunity is the ability to asses and treat body pains by using connective tissue therapies. With the right eye, poor posture can be detected. With the right therapies* posture may be corrected. I have been a problem solver most of my life, so this body science is right up my alley!
I also love and appreciate working with essential oils, the essence of life from the plants all around us. Considering how much I loved working with herbs and playing with flowers growing up, learning aromatherapy was right up my alley. Since working with essential oils I have been able to live a healthy and headache free life without using medications. Being an instictive individual really helps in this field, but having this knowledge is something I feel like everyone should have. As I believe everyone should know about essential oils, I have partnered with doTerra as a Welness Advocate February 2019. I am excited to share this company and how these oils can change lives!
It is an honour and a blessing to deliver my training in fields such as sports massage, pre-natal massage, elderly massage, and many more to this Antelope Valley. My goal is to help those seeking pain relief, or general relaxation. Each treatment is customized just for you, no cookie cutter massages here.
